The Importance of Understanding Fundamentals

If you don't understand intimately exactly what's going on with that company you're going to get shaken out and that's like the greatest mistake. I hate opening up the newspaper on New Year's Day and seeing the list of the best performing stocks for the year and going I own 80 or 90 percent of these but I only made money three of them because I got ripped out like a rookie. If you don't know those fundamentals you sell your panic. Yeah that's part of being human right and the markets might change slightly the environment and everyone's going to go through that.
