Fractional home ownership resembles much more the world of like reads in some ways than it does actually like traditional startups and so I think you want a founder that has expertise in those areas is potentially maybe worked in that field before. There's not a ton of startups that will lock up capital for such significant periods of times and then have to sell off especially in the world of real estate.
