The Power of Thought
meditation is an easy place to explore experience for me and I'm sure many others. It's not with the end goal of ending with, you're not trying to get to a place of no thought. That's not what the point of all this is. But if you can do that with thoughts still going on, that's a really interesting exploration. Force itself is like the light of reality reflected into broken shards. You don't need to make your mantra go anyway. If you're someone who meditates with the mantra, that's great. And the mantra can be used as a vehicle into quiet states of consciousness where you're just nice and quiet and you’re peaceful and relaxed
