Rich: Las Vegas needs a tastemaker and big band shouldn't be necessarily a part of it. He says he has connections to UK bands that want to play here, but can't because they can't afford the trip. Rich: I think all late night is simply nightclubs. There's nothing else besides that. The idea of a scene late at night was shows or restaurants is just gone. It doesn't happen at all.
