i came from enterprise sales, and that en a sort of distribution model. This was not something that i had like, an o done it before. We brought in new skill sets and learned how to really be this sort of product led growt sats business the hard way. The first thing that comes to mind is a solid discovery cause if you're showing the product just in a generic demo,. Like yes, maybe you get lucky and the customer's smart enough to latch on to something that they get excited about. But your chances of having a higher hit rate with that customer goes up drastically if you've done solid preptals. Thit would actually bring your team into those discovery calls
