Heidiger is trying to undermine the concept from within, so to speak. It's over determining t it's extract in away from the very thing that he thinks is most interesting and most worth while about understanding being. The act of creating a class of questions that are answerable makes presumptions on those entities in a particular way. If he wants to understand what being is, he needs to remove it from that context. He agrees with the hegalian assessment, but he's going to propose a different approach. That's what being in time is.
