I'm 52 and I talked to you before and you were telling me that I needed to lower my volume, which I've done. So when I come back at the end of the week, I'm going to try and do 270, three sets of three. At 62 you can carry 275 as a muscular male. You know what happened, Rip? The last time I did 265 and I was able to do three sets of 3. But yeah, those numbers are not very good.
