Ramsey: I would have a 100 level 200 level 300 level 400 level like you want to call it. So on the business side we have currently in the field 17 excuse me now 18 we had in the 18 dollar lead managers and up about 14 of them were hired as hourly employees. But then we also have people who want to grow as a person but they're not necessarily wanting to grow in leadership which means more responsibility. We do not train people for leadership unless they ask to be. They have to raise their hand and say I want to be in that. And so you're going to have to go through that type of stuff or somehow get that material into your brain.
