Are You a Patent Attorney?

In germany, i'm actually not allowed to have a commercial business like insurance broking or something like that. And at the same time, being a patent attorney, r i'm not allowed to so er. In the us, you can actually combine theseits. If i'm the attorney, i have that fidutiary responsibility to advise them, and if i'm wrong, it's malpractice and i get sued. I was actually a little bit envious when i heard your story and read about you because i'm a europe and a german patent attorney.
