How Can We Encourage Younger People to Get Back to Nature?

I think that ever since covid has set in and society has started to feel the effects of that pandemic, a lot of people are seeing the value of getting back to nature. I think there's better opportunities at the end of 20 21 then there was in 20 19. So what are some other ways that we could encourage some younger people to get back into their back into their food production? Whether they're growing a backyard garden, keeping chickens rabbits, or whether they're goin full sage, asking and asking global enterprises spread out across two different states with 15 employees.
