The Most Important Determinant for Inflation Going Forward
Randall Krosser: How do you run fixed income money right now? I don't have a clue. One of the biggest challenges is what we're seeing in the reaction to this surprise to the upside. And particularly, as you guys have highlighted, it's the wage data that's driving it. Inflation's coming down because of all those underlying components, the supply side, the goods picture and the discussion around the lagged impact of housing. What matters is a wage price spiral.
