Is There a Difference Between Running Shoes and Foot Strength?
Shoes are a tool, right? I was rebuilding my deck this past week on the front of mind. The reason I say this is you need to show up with proper foot and ankle strength regardless. You will do better as an athlete in terms of durability and performance when you show up with good foot and Ankle strength. If your foot can expand, it's more stable. So across the board, you're finally seeing more shoes, companies come out with a little water toe box - that's a good thing.
