What's the Difference Between Rent Taking and Corruption in China?

i see very little in terms of expessive bribes, in terms of explicit passing of money. That it takes the form of equity. Likely there's a company that is set up, and there's a 20 % share of the company. Most of the time it's not directly held by the person. It's held by somebody else. So might that lit if i facilitate, you know, i'm a, i as soon to be retired, take your hard cate o your edd cases of a young padre with no real meaningful promotion prospects. Is my incentive r that in facilitating this, i might get equity or some type of investment stake in some of these companies? Or
