I thought it was kind of dumb here as they're leaving the meeting with the emperor where he tells him you can leave the planet. I think he's making a bet that Harry is right. He's going to go with his plan on the outskirts and be there essentially forever and he'll die. If I'm not mistaken, you can see the inachrian and the Thespins walking side by side. And I think they're in cuffs.
