Is There a Calcium Source in Your Diet?

There are studies showing at least associations between increased calcium consumption and decreased levels of gastrontesinal cancer. Calcium does not go to your arteries. The best source of magnesium, in my opinion, is meat. You don't see magnesium deficiency on animal base diets.
