There is no blanket answer here, someone who has a very little exposure to other states and buying into queensland. If thy're holding multiple properties across that state, and then they hold one property in queensland, that is a material impact for them. And we've got somea data that will be releasing on the back of the sentiment survey that were hopeful that a lot of people, we've got a record number of responses to that sentiment survey. I am privy to that, to that data, but i will be holding it back because it is a pipper a initiative. So o, i'm really keen to be basically showing that to government and showing that to our community.
