Telling Story Is a Beautiful Thing, but a Complimented Thing
This poem, i think, is taking mythologies and trying to create a shape for an imagination of the world. In this poem, the animals are tame initially. They haven't learned fear. And there's men and questions of survival. Just putting all of those in a sequence, the way abigail cabin does, opens up a dream about the origins of things. It's kind of like being in a dream am of the start of the world and having little flashes of truth.
