Tether has partnered with the city of lugano, switzerland to help them in becoming a block chain centric city. They're constructing a new office building that's supposed to contain crypto currency companies. Tether i donating about three million dollars worth of francs to support scholarships to study block chain and some grants for local businesses. The new part is that you'll be able to ay taxes and services using either bitcoin or tether.
