There was a barbell preacher curl but they didn't see anything for the inclined dumbbell curl, which trained it at a longer length. I did find that weird. They measured at three different degrees of proximal distal attachment. If they're just measuring the biceps rocky, then basically the barbell preacher curled should end up showing more hypertrophy than an inclined dumbbell curls. But there's no studies right now to measure biceps fast, fully and high perch or free setting zero. And we can say at this point, if you look at the leverage of the biceps...
