Cove 19 Has Effected Psychological Safety at Work?

There was on of fear and uncertainty during the pandemic. My theory is that the perceived risk of speaking oup directly got higher, right? Because everyone was like, what's happening in the world? What's happening in my company? Wile the complexities of everyday life and working life increased as well. And so that made to me that all of a sudden everyone's like, at i have so much to say and so many questions to ask and know where to go.
