When I considered new jobs, either inside the company or even afterwards, I would rate those things on like a scale one to 10 and come up with a numerical score. And so that framework was always helpful to take what is really kind of a subjective decision and make it more objective. You can take a job where you've never done any of it before. It's a huge bet. You'll learn a ton but the risk is really high of failure.
