The Importance of Being Pro-Life

If your overall goal is to reduce the number of abortions, it may not be quite as simple as simply abolishing abortion. The mothers suffer long term as a result of this quite apart from the unborn children themselves. You hear what I'm coming from, but I would want to be very sensitive and pastorally aware of hard cases. It's interesting that this person says this pastor claimed that being pro-life was an issue that would turn people off from the church. Is that because it's become so police? People would say, oh, you're one of those horrible right-wingers, are you?
