Is the Renewable Energy Transition a Cost?

There's a big difference between saying, ok, the renewable energy transitions a burden, but it's not a very large burden. It's econmisly, right? A the way to go. Irrespective of claniching, i think that really reframes the debate to make it an opportunity rather than a burden and means that countries should be jumping on board.
