Employee related issues, employee security threats and human errors are the number one reason that fail to keep private information private. Data retention is also a big issue for US law firms; we have a culture of retaining data for longer than is necessary. I don't know really a one Amlaw 50 law firm that's fully remote. Every AmLaw 50 law firm or Amlaw 100 law firm, I know is generally hybrid. And I think when you take documents home, you share a house or a condo with other people when associates have roommates in New York City, physical security is imperative.
