Kelsey: We often close ourselves off from being response able because we have this preconceived idea of what they should look like. Alex: When a coach starts thinking about code design, it immediately changes the way they pay attention to what's happening. Kelsey: The hard bit is for coaches to let go and also move some cultural bits around athletes expecting coach to give them all the answers.
