Most executives spend too much time in psychologist motor, not enough time in sociologist but wor us work. You should think ideally, what our organization look like? What would it operate like, and how would it act? But then you have o slipp into psychologists mode too and say, who do we have on staff? Who do we have that's available? Who who could we get? OrWho do we have as stars? And you have to kind of figure that out. It the same way in sports. You can't just completely change up your team dynamic to go from an offensive oriental team to a defensive oriental team. Yo'v not built that up over time.
