Robert Spencer was a doctor, an actual medical doctor and the coalfields in Ashland, Pennsylvania. He single handedly performed something like 40,000 abortions. And he eventually the entire town's economy relies on this guy because people are coming from all over the place to get abortions here. There's so many things to this in this conversation about what this looks like when it is not considered health care or why it's so blasé.
