Using Virtual Collaboration Tools
If you're going to be fully remote, try to introduce a new tool in advance. The risk here is that some people feel removed from the conversation. And what you want to do here is make sure you've got hybrid hosts. I was doing quite an interactive sess where i wanted everybody to feel included and everybody's ideas to be heard. But i think because we had those defined roles and thatral people were very up for participating. It felt thake. People were very active and very engaged. You can hire some really quirky spaces that just get people bit excited about coming together. Then you people can move around and gong t get ready creative when they're claperating as
