The Importance of Personal Motivation in Sales

In sales, a lot of things depend on your motivation and your personal mindset. You don't necessarily need to copy all of those guys, right? Because some people can be jerks,. But you just kind of look at the patterns of sort of like the energy level that they get and why they get that et cetera, just to learn. And I think that what's happening right now is when I work from home and I'm selling from home, I just, when I fail or I just know how things work, I don't have anyone to look out for, right? So I think that because of that, as you mentioned, there's a turnover.
