Change the Way We Live Our Lives

I think, as you're saying, we'll have to adapt. We'll have to change everything so that nothing changes. And I'm probably not getting the definition of this right, but there's this idea of transformational adaptation where by adapting to climate change, we can actually change the way we live in a very positive way. So for instance, when you insulate a building and retrofit it to be highly insulated, that will keep occupants warm and winter. It'll also keep us cool in summer. The other one is bringing more plants and biodiversity into cities. One of the most powerful ways of adapting to both wetter winters, which will bring flooding and hotter summers of heat waves
