i thik leadership always forms an i think the point yor bringing up is an important one, specifically because it can bring up some discomfort in a lot of people who do this work. When we want to be inclusive, for we want more people to have access to the communities we're building. And sometimes hierarchy and power dynamics can also feel a little icky when we're trying to just connect with people. But i agree, i think it's a realistic part of community building. As there's always to meet people who don't belong eople who do belong.
