How Do You Manage a Team?

We have 39 members on the pentro side. It took us a little while to get there. Thankfully, i was very organized. One of my nirty qualities. Iwas voted most organized in hig scoo idefy was not. So from the beginning, i already started creating systems and recording everything that i wa doing. We do tons up on the job training, and we do a daily stand up. And of course, we're hiring people with experience. In the beginning, we hired people with a little less experience, as we didn't have as much money to pay them.
