Kristin, would you talk a little bit about that sort of that matching notion based on information that you can get from people in their interest and then talk about the power of platforms. You know, Kristin, one of my favorite things I saw you do is to gather information from a tech show audience live. And I hope you remember this because it's so impressive and use that info in real time to match a hypothetical pro bono project to someone in the audience who actually and surprisingly turned out to be an excellent candidate for doing something like that.
