How Do You Reach Out to Your Clients?
Gat: Can you walk through the typical customer journey of somebody that eventually hires you for your services? Gat: They usually have been listening to my show for a while. I always have them fill in a form before that first session, and they tell me in that form some of the things they're struggling with. And i followd that, and i said, well, you said such and such, so tell me more about that. Tell me more about why that came out in this form. We just kind of go right through this.
