For inspiration, I look at the things that are making me mad about my own email experience with those companies. When I get on calls with SaaS companies, I use it as like a, as research as well. That's where I am learning about the problems that SAAS companies are facing rather than going down and like having coffee with founders. And then that's how I find out what challenges SaaS firms are facing - by talking to them in person.
