Are You Afraid of Confrontation?

i am afraid of confrontation and being thought of as a jerk, so i'm afraid not to respond. I will sit down in the morning after i meditate for 20 minutes, which i think is a huge cind of force,. multiply for a lot of these behaviours, and basically try to take all my anxieties, whatever those might be, and put them on paper. And that will oftentimes sit, if empower, you to make decisions when you see how groundless most of them are.
