Older people in Japan continue to work because there's no one else that can do their job. And i think maybe it's also connected to this japanese thing, where there's a lot this sense of duty. If some one feels like they are not needed any more, then mortality goes up. So we have the thing that people seem to sometimes lose themselves in digital connections.
