The Society for Creative and Acronism is an international living history group that focuses on medieval European cultures before the 17th century. Unlike a Renaissance Fair, SEA activities aren't just something you come to watch; there's something you actively do. This started at around the same time oddly enough as the Renfairs. And in California and in a backyard. It's very cool.
