The Importance of Early Position in Jumping

Right before heel breaks, they hit a point called max propulsion. That's usually when you're looking at a jump, you can kind of correlate it with the amortization phase. So that early position is really, really important to get into for athletes who are jumping. It gives them that split second window of enough, you know, yield and enough kind of expansion quality in order to gain energy.
