Male labor force participation has dropped by 0.1% per month since 1950, 87% in 1950 down to 68% now. By 2040, it's going to be 65%, which will be an all time low. You have two men as three women for every two men completing a four year US college degree. The problem that you have is this ever increasing cohort of high performing women are now competing for an ever decreasing cohort of ultra high performing men. Raising men up without dragging women back is a very difficult situation to get ourselves into.
