Is It Possible That Biluminescent Bacteria Glows in the Ocean?

Bacteria in poops glow like a giant screaming sign that says, eat me. Researchers don't know for sure why the angler fish glows so appealing. It's possible that that glowing light is sort of imitating a glowing marine snow snack and then when a hungry fish comes up to eat that snack, i want to touch it ond the anglerFish can then gobble it up.
