Is There a Relationship Between the Electoral College and the Senate?
I think the Democrats should pick one of the anti-democratic structures in American life and attack it. The filibuster seems like the most obvious place to attack. A country without the filibuster is going to be headed in more progressive direction than one that has the filibuster. If you're willing to say this is a project that we'll devote decades to, I think there's a chance you get rid of the Electoral College.
