The Biden Administration's Proposal to Sell TikTok
A new company would be created called US data services, USDS. It would have a whole network of different types of audits under the supervision of the United States government. The Biden administration has indicated that it's basically interested in forcing a spin off or at least the US unit to a non-Chinese company.
