Is the West Division Getting Harder?

Basketball is a league of 30 teams that are all you can kind of look at it there. There's no team i'm looking at and saying, oh, ye, they're exactly like this team. That's what makes basket ball a lot of fun, is when the teams all do take different approaches in different styles. I don't want to watch 25 of the same versions of teams. And if the more things can be tried, the more exciting basketball will become.
