Learning a Language Is a Process of Making Mistakes

I really like your approach to learning and teaching languages. The fact that you focus, as I do, a lot more on communication than grammar is good. You've said that learning a language is a process of making mistakes. A lot of my students get very anxious about this. How can they get over this anxiety and realize that they need to make mistakes to learn to speak better English?
