Relaxing the Muscles of the Body
As we breathe in, try to expand the chest outwards and as wide as possible. Then as we breathe out, relax, soften, release. And if you want, you can continue now moving down one arm to the hands. When you clench a hand, really tighten it. And then as you breathe out, really feel from the inside of the palm out to the fingers, the sensations of ease and warmth. What kind of breath is most relaxing? For me It's a very slow, complete in breath and then avery slow, unforced release. The exhalation being as soothing as possible.
