No liquids, if you are a person who wakes up in the middle of the night and goes pee, this helps you avoid doing that. No screens because when you look at a screen, I'm looking for more screens right now. Don't have a screen in front of me except for this one. It's going to make all things better. If you really want to lose 20 or more pounds off of your body, I would highly recommend to give up if not severely limit alcohol. Alcohol is just empty calories. You're basically taking in just calories that won't make a difference either way. After doing about 100 days plus of not drinking alcohol, I realized how much of a toxin it
