The Last Question of the Week, and It's a Long One.
In our previous episode, number 200, we took a question about returns shipped during a seller's time away. We didn't really have a solution at the time we answered this question. And er libby broge heard the question and our response, and she posted her take on the topic in an eba for business broadcast base book group. She says, yes, i've had to refund a buyer before inspecting while i was away. But there is always the case where the new address results in a different shipping cost. Then that would be tricky though.
