Be Kind to Everyone in the Operating Room

It's easy and indecesious to think of yourself as kind of an isolated individual in the operating room. But being nice is good business, right? It helps you your own interests and your ability to care for patients if you have a good working relationship with people. If you're lost or you're stressed, it's much, much more likely that someone's willing to help you  in those instances where they notice that need it. And i'm routinely shocked by the frequency with which, i guess you ould call it modern professionals are always late.
