The Irony of the Second World War
At the same time that this this image is being reinvigorated it's also being undone by industrialization industrialization of farming. The reason we've got chronic soil erosion now is because of you know it started in the second world where we suddenly started pumping vast numbers of of chemicals into our soil and killing stuff rather than making stuff live. I want to make that contradiction that conflict come a bit sharper fascinating stuff really really really interesting. We need to dig up an art historian or something we need to find someone to talk about all.
